Any terms not herein defined shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Zumiv TOS.
Use of the Zumiv Services constitutes acceptance and agreement to Zumiv’s AUP as well as Zumiv’s TOS.
Zumiv supports the uncensored flow of information and ideas over the Internet and does not actively monitor Subscriber activity under normal circumstances.
